Wedding - Marciela
It's been a while since Marciela's wedding day and I usually don't take pictures when brides are getting ready (things are hectic usually!) but Marci looked AMAZING and her makeup was flawless if I do say so myself! What a gorgeous bride! Thanks Marciela!
Trial - Erin
Here are Erin's trial pics! Gorgeous girl who opted for lashes to bring out her baby blues and soft pink makeup to compliment her skin tone. Thanks Erin, see you soon!

My small but mighty makeup bag!
A lot of you girls are in awe by how much makeup I schlep around with me on your wedding days. I come prepared ladies and it is all just for you! Who knows when you'll actually need that turquoise pigment and neon pink lipstick!? You wanna know what I have in my own makeup kit? Voila! Feast your eyes on my daily makeup staples. Short and sweet. Gets me out of the door in 15 minutes flat for a stressful day but can also take me into an evening out (what are those?)
Let's break it down:
Oil of Olay Moisturizer - Non greasy, non clogging, perfection.
Mac Select Coverup in NW 20 - smooth and light. Non cakey.
Urband Decay Primer in Eden. - Use the tiniest of dots for all day staying power.
Mac Mineralize Power in Medium Plus. Use Tarte's Kabuki brush with this. Lightning quick flawless face!
Benefit Browzing in Dark - I'll have another post about shading in your brows but this kit is awesome with both wax and powder.
MAC Eyeshadow - Shroom, Wedge, Brule, Coquette. I love a matte eye, especially for day. Brule for all over evening, use shroom for highlight and shimmer. Wedge is a matte soft brown for depth, and Coquette is a matte light purpley grey for more color.
Mac Mineralize blush - Dainty, Warm Soul. Use Warm Soul, a tawny pink, when you have a tan and you will look like Eva Longoria on a beach day. Use Dainty, a sweet pink, for an innocent flush.
2 eyeshadow brushes - one for all over color and blending. One for strategic eyeshadow placement.
Eyeshadow curler
Clear mascara
Waterproof Maybelline Lash Blast - Eh it's ok. Not my favorite. Still looking for my holy grail of waterproof mascara.
MAC Strobe Cream - Did I leave the best for last? Yes. Yes. Yes. They might as well call this a "Nars blush name you cannot say in front of your mom" in a bottle. It makes you look alive and absolutely fresh. Of course they changed the bottles so now you get half of what you used to for the same price, but a little still goes a long way. Dab and blend onto your cheekbones, brow, under eye area, and above the lip for a whole new you. I'll be having a post on the best highlighters again in town because I am obssessed with them just as I am blush!
