Finally! Urban Outfitters has announced that they will be launching a new wedding line for their Anthropologie brand! The yet-to-be-named wedding collection will launch as an e-commerce site in Spring 2011 and offer bridal gowns, bridesmaids dresses, and bridal accessories for the dreamy, vintage obsessed, and always feminine woman. I'm picturing gowns with loads of texture with chiffon flowers and tiered ruffles, lace detailing, vintage silhouettes, colors ranging from tea stained ivories to the palest of pastels to creamy whites, and gowns without an ounce of structure. Anthropologie always has an air of naturalism and unabashed whimsy and cuteness and I have a feeling their wedding line will perfectly embody this current feeling. I think the prices of wedding line will just as expensive as their products today, but as a future bride, I would be willing to spend a bit more on a dress from them if it was for the big day! So get ready for Spring 2011 ladies!
